S.M.R.K.B.K. A.K. Mahila Mahavidyalaya is one of the proud family member of Gokhale Education Society, which was established on 18th February 1918, by principal T.A. Kulkarni. G. E. Society is catering to the needs of one lakh pupil through it's 15 centres and 75 institutions in 4 different zones.
College is permanataly affiliated to S.N.D.T. Women's University, Mumbai which was established in the year 1916 by Maharshi Dhondo Keshav Karve and has received a Five Stars status by National Assessment and accreditation Council (NAAC) of India at Banglore.
Our college is the pioneering Women's College in North Maharashtra, established in 1985.
It has completed 24 years of it's meaningful survival. |

- From 1995 onwards, more than 5,000 projects have been prepared by the students under the able guidance of their respective subject teachers.
